Established in 1987, South West Art Now is Bunbury Regional Art Gallery and the City of Bunbury’s biennial South West survey exhibition of the best new work by established and emerging artists from Western Australia’s southern regions.
This year’s exhibition was curated by Dr Diana McGirr, a well-known art historian-curator with extensive experience in exhibition management, a keen interest in regional art production and first-hand knowledge of the South West.
South West Art Now at The Goods Shed features works from Bunbury Regional Art Gallery’s SWAN exhibition selected by FORM’s curatorial team.
The exhibition is part of our Southern Exposure exhibition series, showcasing the richness of contemporary creative practice in the Great Southern, Peel, South West and Wheatbelt regions.
Featuring 26 artists, South West Art Now presents a diverse range of works spanning painting, sculpture, installation, film, glasswork, textiles and more.
